Large hydration bag (camelbag) with molle attachment.
The back side has 5 molle rows in width.
Inside there is a loop for the hydration bag. The flap of the bag is velcro.
There are two metal D-rings on the top and holes on the bottom for draining excess water.
The bag does not contain a hydration bag with hose = only a pocket.
