DRAGON EGG MkII BACKPACK(R) – Cordura(R) – Coyote Brown

In olive green or camouflage, it can serve perfectly as an assault backpack. And when used for hiking or EDC (Every Day Carry), there are several single or dual-colour designs to choose from to suit every user’s taste.
For an optimal balance between weight and durability, the backpack is made of 500D Cordura and is also equipped with high-quality YKK zippers and Duraflex or WooJin plastic buckles.
The “heart” of the backpack is the padded back reinforced with plastic plate, shoulder and hip straps. For the padding of the back, the so-called “Combat Vent System” was used – it is a pair of vertical strips made of moulded foam and covered with mesh. The foam is slanted and combined with a central channel between the padding to provide ventilation to the back.
The shoulder straps are anatomically shaped and generously padded with 3D mesh and also feature hydration hose grommets, plastic D-rings and a height-adjustable sternum strap. The waist strap is simple and removable. All straps, including shoulder straps, have a fastex buckle for quick release.
Under the plastic back reinforcement there is a pocket with a padded compartment for storing e.g. a laptop up to 15″ or a radio.
The main compartment of the backpack contains a compartment for a hydration bag with a loop for securing and a mesh pocket with zipper. The outlet for the camelback hose is located on the top of the pack, midway between the shoulder straps. There are also four plastic D-rings on the top, and a knitted paracord carrying handle between the two centre ones.
The front compartment of the pack is equipped with an organizer consisting of several compartments and flat pockets for map, writing instruments, radio, medical material, tools, etc. Opposite the organizer is another mesh pocket with zipper.
Access to all three compartments of the backpack is formed by a two-way YKK zipper.
